Supply Chain Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for inventory management, inward and outward.
2. Processing orders from online (e-commerce portal) and offline.
3. Parcel booking and shipping products to customers and overall supply chain management.
4. Inventory counting and assembling support.
5. Have basic knowledge and hands-on with computer operations.
6. Serve as the primary contact and interface for sales information requests and provide support
7. Manage, track, and prepare delivery, and spare inventory orders; handle any return-for-credit process and manage the inventory reconciliation process
8. Responsible for maintaining the database, and MS Office Excel or PowerPoint reports and documents
9. To ensure that No material coming from production should be accepted in the packing department without the quality checked and okayed slip
10. To ensure that the right material for the customer is packed as per the SOP
11. To ensure that the customer gets the on time in full delivery with zero defects
12. Communicate with customs officials, customers, vendors, and third parties through e-mail and resolve their queries
