Business Development (Sales) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on daily management of the Zoho CRM system during USA PDT business hours (9 AM to 5 PM), which translates to 9 PM to 6 AM India time
2. Ensure that all client records are updated, interactions are tracked, and data integrity is maintained
3. Make phone calls to clients to discuss their requirements, provide updates on products or services, and address any queries
4. Manage email communications with clients, sending updates, promotions, and follow-ups as needed
5. Generate leads that are genuinely interested in the company's offerings by analyzing client data from Zoho CRM
6. Assist in closing deals by providing detailed information and support to potential clients
7. Prepare materials for sales presentations, support the sales team in closing meetings, and follow up with clients during California's daytime, ensuring follow-through on commitments
